I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented meal prep cook or personal chef to prepare weekly meals aligned to specific macronutrient targets.
What I need:
Weekly in-home meal prep (cook in my kitchen)
Meals portioned and labeled
Ability to hit specific protein / carb / fat targets per meal
Consistency and reliability are critical
Requirements:
Experience cooking for macro-based diets (fitness, fat loss, performance, etc.)
Comfortable calculating and weighing ingredients
Detail oriented and able to exactly follow recipes from nutritionist
Clean, organized, professional
References or reviews preferred

Frequency: 1x per week (open to discussion)
