YOU:
* Are a exceptionally reliable individual that the team can count on to be there.
* Prepare espresso beverages with accuracy and non-espresso drinks. Be comfortable with following weights and measures in building drinks.
* Help be the face of the company and be able to turn it on and shine
* Maintain an exceptionally clean and organized bar, FOH, and BOH.
* Be comfortable with wearing and pivoting multiple hats of running register, barista, cleaning/stocking FOH, light prep/organization of BOH.
WE NEED:
* Must be available on weekends (Saturday and Sunday AMs).
* We are looking for experienced professionals with at least a 1 year specialty coffee experience.
* Competency in espresso fundamentals (dialing in) and latte art
* Reliable individuals that are highly communicative and ready to work in a collaborative team environment
