Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or related roles is preferred
- Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with banquet or hospitality environments is a plus
- Ability to handle food and beverages safely
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
