Job Description:
Running food and describing dishes.
Assisting the expo in garnishing and various tasks.
Assisting the FOH in bussing, resetting, and service tasks.
Requirements:
1 year FOH experience.
Knowledge of basic culinary ingredients, techniques, and a willingness to learn.
Detail-oriented, cleanly, and ability to express oneself confidently.
The right candidate will have a sense of urgency and the ability to follow directions and memorize information quickly and reliably.
Compensation: $17.55 + tips. Runners participate in a strong tip pool.
