- Has a genuine interest in gourmet and fine dining cuisine

About the Work:
You will be assisting me with:
- Light prep
- Organization
- Cleaning before, during, and after service
This is also a shadowing opportunity — you will see how I work in a high-end private chef environment.
Cuisine includes:
Authentic European cuisine – Spanish (Barcelona / Catalan) with French influences, including gourmet tapas, paella, desserts, and drinks.

Important:
This is not just a one-day job.
I am looking for someone with a real interest in learning and growing, who can potentially:
- Work future events
- Access higher-paying opportunities
- Eventually take on more responsibility
I also need another assistant for April 18th (better pay).
However, in order to be considered for that opportunity, I need to see how you work tomorrow.
This first day (April 15) is a paid trial + shadowing, focused on prep and cleaning support.
If you perform well, you can access the April 18 opportunity and future higher-paying work.
If you also have strong chef skills, even better — this can lead to opportunities where you work as the main chef, with significantly higher pay.
