We are looking for a part-time event based reliable and energetic Operations Crew Member to support on-site event execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, working in a team, and helping create smooth, professional event experiences.
Responsibilities
* Carry, move, organize, and set up merchandise, signs, displays, supplies, and event equipment
* Assist with event setup and breakdown before and after the event
* Help maintain organization of event materials and staging areas
* Monitor event spaces to ensure smooth guest flow and operations
* Provide directions and assistance to attendees throughout the event
* Support the hosting team in keeping the event organized, welcoming, and free of disruptions
* Contact emergency services for medical needs or security disruption
* Coordinate with team members to respond to operational needs during the event
* Assist with maintaining cleanliness and presentation of event areas
Ideal Candidate

* Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
Requirements
* Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
* Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Comfortable working in crowded, high-energy event environments
* Positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with guests
* Previous event or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
