DM Estate Staffing is seeking experienced Housekeepers and Executive Housekeepers for private households throughout the Bay Area. If you’ve worked in private residences or luxury hotels and you’re looking for steady, well-paid work with high standards, we’d love to hear from you.

• $45–$65/hour (based on experience)
• Overtime available on many roles
• Full-time placements often include healthcare + paid time off
• Typical full-time earning potential: $90,000–$135,000/year (schedule + OT dependent)

YOU’RE A STRONG MATCH IF YOU HAVE:
✓ 2+ years of recent experience in private homes and/or luxury hotels
✓ Strong, verifiable employment references
✓ Longevity in prior roles (reliability matters)
✓ Detail-oriented standards (you see what others miss)
✓ Professional communication + discretion
✓ Legal authorization to work in the United States
✓ Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check if selected

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES (VARIES BY HOME)
• High-level cleaning + daily upkeep (deep cleaning, detailed care, maintaining standards)
• Laundry: wash/fold/iron + wardrobe organization
• Organizing, resetting, and keeping the home “guest-ready”
• Working smoothly around family schedules with discretion
• Executive Housekeeper roles may include: checklists, supply management, and overseeing standards
