🏡 Part-Time Household Help Needed – Flexible & Varied Tasks (South San Francisco)

I am looking for someone to help with cleaning and light household upkeep, including my living room, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, and very light front and back yard work, on a part-time basis.
Pay: $20 per hour
Hours: 5–10 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible, based on mutual availability

Typical Tasks May Include But limited to -
-Light cleaning and tidying
-Organizing common areas or storage
-Cleaning and maintaining bathrooms
-Very light front and back yard work, such as:
-Dog poop pick-up
-Sweeping up trash, leaves, or debris
-Basic errands or small projects
-Occasional household assistance as needed
Helping keep the home running smoothly overall
Cleaning supplies are provided.
(Yard tools for light tasks will also be provided.)
This is a straightforward, easy job for someone who has good work ethic and attention to detail. I do not micromanage, but I do expect tasks to be completed fully (not halfway), accountability, and communication.

Location is near Altaloma Middle School and Costco on El Camino, South San Francisco
I currently have a housekeeper who now has limited availability due to medical and personal reasons. I am looking for someone to fill in during the times she is unavailable. She may also be able to help with training if needed. She speaks English and Spanish.
This is not a full-time position, and hours may vary week to week depending on household needs.
This position may lead to more work in the future depending on reliability, job performance, and accountability.

Empty trash and replace liners
Sweep and mop floors thoroughly
Restock toilet paper or hand soap if provided and requested
Report any plumbing or maintenance issues noticed
