Client is flexible, cheerful, and open to provider’s scheduling needs. Client has recent injuries that limit mobility such as bending, lifting and walking, and limit strength and energy. Needs assistance with household cleaning duties and occasional rides to medical appointments and shopping. No personal assistance with hygiene is needed. Client is driven to achieve independence.

Residence is small, so cleaning is limited, and photos are provided to shed light on cleaning details.
Client has provided a detailed and complete list of household duties.
