I need a projector, screen, and necessary cables to be delivered to Palo Alto on Tuesday, Jan 13th for a corporate meeting. The screen need be 72" and the projector must be 2500 lumen. Cables include: HDMI cable, USB C to HDMI, extension cord, tape, and hopefully an advancer.
Arrival time is 5:30pm and dress is a collared shirt, slacks and decent shoes.
Punctuality is of the utmost importance.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30, meeting the onsite client is necessary, but you need not remain for the entirety of the meeting, which should and last an hour.
Please have a corporate and professional appearance.
