For sale is my 2010 Audi S4 Prestige 6 MT
Meteor Gray Pearl Metallic with Black Alcantara interior.
Prestige package includes 19" upgraded wheels, Bang and Olufsen sound system, keyless entry, navigation, sirius XM and more.
3rd owner. A change in my recent work commute has made me come to the decision to sell the car. I drive to work once a week and I currently have 3 cars.
Car is stock, no modifications.
Carfax available upon request.
I have maintenance records since 2013, some notable services:
Brake pads and rotors replaced at 30k miles
Both o2 sensors replaced at 30k miles (Car threw a CEL for failed sensors)
(4) bridgestone s-04 tires installed at 39k miles
Ignition coils and spark plugs replaced at 44k miles
2 oil changes every year, air filters every year, and brake fluid every other year
Car just had it's last service which included differential, transmission, and oil change with October 10, 2019.
Water pump replaced at 7400 miles.
I had the car single stage polished and ceramic coating earlier this year. It's not perfect, but does shine great for a 9 year old car. There is no paint oxidation, cracking or fading.
Issues with the car:
Carbon fiber "quattro" dash trim is cracked (see photos). According to audizine, this is a very common problem and is due to heat.
Some minor scuffs here and there. A few small dents. I had used a paintless dent puller and minimized a lot of these dents. You really need to look around to spot the dents.
Rear bumper has some scuffs from parking in San Francisco. (see photos)
Sirius XM radio can be wonky. It wipes the preset sirius XM stations (radio channels are retained) about once a month.
I once had a warning light for 3rd brake light out. After turning off and turning on the car, the issue never came back. (The Audi forums tells me other people have had this issue and is due to a loose connection, which happens in either cold or hot weather)
If you’re looking at a STI as I was, I’d highly recommend considering the S4. It’s more luxurious, has AWD, more torque, easily modified, and you don’t have to worry about ringland failures.
