Perfect for Convertion to food or R.V. it runs but needs to be smogged .I got it from a tow truckyard and have their paper work, Check the reg. about $600 back fees, but do -able.

Its an old Chronicle paper delivery StepVan. NOT WHAT IS PICTURE ! but is Very small foot print but superheavy duty . Here the deal i dont have time to run it through DMV smog but i will if i have to. I;ll let it go for what i paid for $1,200 its yours! Please be Serious , i purchase because i could flip- it if I needed to and so can you . Headlight dont work but a few item will need to be fixed.
Its drivable but no plates.
Its a very cool Project!
