- Sale price is $7,400. Cash only; not interested in trades.
- Set of (4) 15x7.5 6UL wheels (not pictured) with aged Hoosier A6 205/15-15 are included in sale
- Optional Ciro Design dual-element carbon-fiber wing (mounts inside trunk, not on trunk lid) available for $1,500
Senna has served us well when NA and NB Miatas were our main market. These days, our focus has shifted to newer coupes and sedans. While we'll will miss him, he's served his purpose and deserves to be driven more. As FCM is in the process of relocating out-of-state, it makes sense to sell him *provided* we can get a reasonable price for his value. If not, he'll be in a new home (where CA smog won't be a concern) and eventually get boosted or LS-swapped.
High-value items / high-time investment mods:
- As an M-Edition, he comes with anti-lock brakes which have saved multiple flat-spots and provide confident stopping in all conditions. Later Miatas (NC and on) had ABS standard but it was very hard to find on earlier NAs and NBs. Having owned 7 Miatas since 1997, we've found competing or street-driving a car with ABS to be a real-world advantage for practical threshold braking and increased safely margin when stopping.
- FCM Elite Stage 3 coil-over suspension, with Ripple Reducer and KBO (kerb blow-off) valve. Approximately $5500 brand-new.
- Blackbird Fabworx 12-point street cage. Was over $4000 when initially purchased
- Ciro Design dual-element carbon-fiber wing (mounts inside trunk, not on trunk lid). $2,285 new. Ours is available for $1,500. This wing can produce an INCREDIBLE amount of downforce: we recommend minimum AOI for track use. With full AOI on the upper element, you can feel it working at 40+ mph (autocross speeds). With the Ciro wing and custom front splitter, Senna has a neutral aero balance.
- Factory hardtop, security-mounted, $1800+
- Bump steer measured and corrected (steering rack shimmed)
- Fenders cut / rolled / seam-welded to allow fitment of 275-wide tires (as in first image)
- Custom birchwood front splitter, solidly mounted with brackets behind front clip.
NOTE1: photos include a mix of current and past shots — the wrap has been removed (left the Brazilian flag on the hardtop). The original paint could use work, or plan to wrap it (as we previously did) for your own look.
NOTE2: If the listing is up, the car is still available. Do not send a text THEN ask me to email you, otherwise we'll presume you're a bot/scammer. If you're a serious buyer, use the Craigslist relay email or text / call.

Refer to the 3 PDFs below showing the development progress that went into transforming 'Ron Burgundy' into 'Senna.' If you know what you’re looking at, you’ll recognize the value here — the suspension geometry optimizations, Blackbird cage, hardtop, front splitter, car prep, and investment to ensure a smog-ready car that can be legally driven on California roads easily exceed the asking price.
For a true enthusiast who recognizes the value offered here, we're happy to engage and support his development into whatever you envision. We want to make sure that if we sell him, he goes to a good home.
