Sad to be listing this car that has served me so well for the last 9 years. But it’s time for a new home.
I did a pretty extensive restoration about 6 years ago, paint, lots of mechanical work. It has a 1.9L NA diesel engine, 5 speed transmission(highest gear gets you 45mpg), rebuilt injector pump, timing belt was replaced, new suspension and front axles. Updated the wheels to GTI snowflakes as well. Lots of other minor updates too.
Starts right up without issue.
Unfortunately, It was backed into a few months ago and I only got part way through repairing the fender(have a replacement, but it needs paint and to be attached). It also has some peeling paint/bondo on the roof.
