Bought out of long term storage to restore, but I am now distracted by a 914/6 project.
Rebuilt all the stuff to make it road worthy (the stuff that goes bad when sitting too long)
Rebuilt brake system (new master, rebuilt calipers, replaced lines, new pads, new bearings, seals)
Rebuilt fuel system (removed and cleaned tank, replaced hard and soft fuel lines, new pump/filter,
New Transmission and engine seals, new clutch. SS headers, New SS exhaust not mounted. A full Weber conversion kit (was installed and running great but FI is now installed) is available. Interior is stock and in great condition
No structural rust. Pan is solid. No rust in the usual spots under the battery, trunks, etc. Some surface rust under paint that will need attention. (email for additional pictures and videos).
Paint is presentable but not great. Tires are fine, but not fancy. Weather seals are ok, but also a bit tired.
Good, solid, original, drivable, unmolested, honest 914
