Putting my E92 M3 up for sale. This the 6th 3 series I've owned (2nd M3) and has by far been the most dependable and solid. Only reason I am selling is because I've recently purchased another vehicle and I hate to see this not being driven as often. If you're looking for an E92 M3, you already know what you're getting into - these cars can be extremely reliable IF properly cared for. I've addressed all the common failure points, setting the future owner up for ease of maintenance in miles to come. Below are the highlights of the vehicle:

Rear bumper was love tapped on the passenger side corner. I bought the car like this. Since I wasnt planning for it to be a garage queen M3 I was able to look past it. The dent can not be pulled and will likely need a body shop to fix it. Easy work for a professional. Will provide detailed photos when I update the ad.
Fuel vent valve would be the next thing I would replace. Not a drivability issue at all. This is a common problem on E9X M3s and the result is a rough idle for a few minutes after filling the gas tank completely.
The test pipes WILL trigger a CEL. I have a OBDII interface and will show to you the code is only for the cats. For the right buyer, I can re install the original cats, free of charge.
Be realistic with offers. Yes, this is a first year E92 M3, with 134k miles but I wont settle for too far from my asking price. The car is in great condition for its age and mileage, mechanically sound, very reliable. Clutch has plenty of life left and shifts are smooth. The bulk of my driving with this vehicle was commuting to and from work - I have other cars for fun/weekends/trips and its safe to say I didnt get to enjoy the M3 as much as I should have. Open to test drives for serious buyers only. Please dont waste my time with lowball offers, if you want a beater M3, go buy an E36 and drive it into the ground. The E9x M3 is a spectacular vehicle, much in its own class compared to other BMWs. The right person will appreciate the car for what it is
