Lead Manager – Inside Sales (Base + High Commissions)
Pay: Commission-Based + Performance Bonuses
About the Role:
We’re a fast-growing home-buying company in San Carlos looking for a driven, competitive sales lead who wants to build a career and make serious money. This isn’t an hourly desk job — it’s for someone hungry to win.
You’ll be in our San Carlos office taking live calls from motivated sellers, managing a small virtual team overseas, and driving leads and appointments that turn into closed deals.
You’ll Be Great at This Job If You:
- Love talking to people and closing deals
- Are competitive and motivated by results
- Can lead and motivate others (you’ll manage 2–3 team members remotely)
- Thrive on performance pay and fast-paced work
- Want to learn real estate from the inside
What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound seller calls and follow up on warm leads
- Motivate and manage your virtual team in the Philippines
- Drive consistent appointment bookings and deal flow
- Coordinate with the owner to help close deals (you get paid on results)
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident communicator and natural closer
- Self-starter — thrives on independence and ownership
- Comfortable using CRMs, phone systems, and messaging tools
- In-office only (San Carlos)
- Commission-motivated — not looking for hourly pay
