We’re looking for driven individuals to join our team as Business Brokers. In this role, you’ll help small business owners buy and sell companies, guiding them through one of the most important transactions of their lives.
This is a commission-only opportunity — ideal for high-energy professionals who want the freedom to work independently, build their own book of business, and enjoy unlimited income potential. Training and mentorship are provided.
What You’ll Do
Help clients buy and sell businesses, providing expert advice throughout the process.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and qualified buyers or sellers.
Negotiate deals and structure win-win agreements between parties.
Prepare and review transaction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Create and implement marketing strategies to promote listings online and offline.
Deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining trust and long-term relationships.
Stay informed about market trends, valuations, and local business activity.
What We’re Looking For
Entrepreneurial mindset – motivated by results, not by hourly pay.
Strong communication and negotiation skills – comfortable talking to business owners and investors.
Sales or customer service experience (real estate, insurance, or finance a plus).
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits.
Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Prior real estate or business brokerage experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training.
