HireArt is looking to hire a Project Manager to work on-site at our client’s Menlo Park campus on a contract basis. In this role, you will work with internal cross-functional teams to support the launch of new notifications and to improve existing notifications across social media platforms. 

You must be exceedingly well organized and possess expert-level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability, and acute attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of responsibilities. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support product teams in launching new notifications and improving existing ones. 
  • Advise teams on how to use internal tools to support building new notifications.
  • Advise teams on how to improve existing notifications according to notification guidelines and principles. 
  • Verify compliance of launch proposals with the notifications review process. 
  • Apply a review process with defined guidelines and principles. 
  • Advise product teams on how to make notifications more successful
  • Report compliance status of notifications to your managerial line. 
  • Communicate daily with internal customers while exhibiting the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy, and diplomacy 
  • Track, prioritize, and assign all incoming written and oral communications, as necessary, to appropriate persons for a response.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A knack for learning software and processes quickly
  • Sound judgment, and the ability to understand when and how to escalate 
  • Incredibly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships between teams 
  • Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback, and adapting to change quickly
  • A positive, helpful demeanor, always focused on customer service 

Commitment: This is a full-time (40 hours per week), 6-month contract position through HireArt and based in Menlo Park, CA.
