Numerous sails: 2 mainsails (standard sized mainsail, + full-batten mainsail; several foresails/genoas in fair to good shape + UK Tape Drive genoa in very good shape - not abused.
Instruments + radio all replaced with newer models before the boat was last sailed. 2 Contest 101 compasses. Head replaced with upgraded unit. Older/functioning autopilot included. Uninstalled hardware for a Cal 9.2"R" version. I will email a list of all upgrades made upon request.

Project 1. The heat exchanger and water muffler were removed to eliminate salt deposits build-up in the exchanger and needs to be re-installed. All parts are still on the boat. This is about a 2 hour job for 1 person, less if there are 2 people. This needs to be resolved before the engine can be started.
Project 2. The plastic windows are cracked - I have new lexan window replacements on board along with clear sealant (cost was about $400 for the new replacement windows). This does not affect the boat's ability to go sailing.
Low price because of health issues that have reduced my ability and enthusiasm to work on the boat. I have the boat rated as "fair" condition because of the 2 projects and its need to good cleaning.
DMV registration is current; monthly berthing is current - should be a transferable berth. Boat location is Coyote Point Marina, San Mateo.
