You are looking at a beautiful Cedar and Fiberglass rowing skiff which was hand crafted and finished in 2016 by the builder. A quality build and in beautiful condition for up to two adults. Comes with complete CA registration if you decide you’d like to keep it registered. Not required unless it is powered, which is also an option for you. The receipts for the material alone are about $2k. These typically go for close to or over $4k these days. Comes complete with seating option and storage dolly.
