Most of what is shown in the pictures will be included. There are a couple projects that are near completion, but have had to relocate for my job. I used to live on the boat full time for over 3 years. Located in Brisbane, slip can be transferred, but "liveaboard" needs to be applied for. One of the easiest Marinas to get one, no need to wait years!
The Cal 31 is a great reliable boat. It has been all over the SF Bay and even down to San Diego. Can sail up to 9kts downwind and easily does 6kts SOG. I particularly like the encapsulated keel design as you'll never have to worry about keel bolts ever getting loose on you.
I have someone locally that can tour the boat, interested individuals only please.
