Located at Fortmans Marina Yacht club. Boat currently doesn’t start or run.
Registered until 2027. Title in my name. Interior has head with a shower, updated inverter and LED lights. Fridge, sink, toaster oven, dinette that makes into a bed. Updated plumping, has a Chevy 305 engine that doesn’t start. Have no clue what’s wrong with it? Nice seating with cushions that makes into a bunk bed. Comfy V berth sleeps 5-6 lots of storage, flatscreen TV w/ dvd player, great live aboard or place for guest, office, place to relax. Getaway

Friends to stay while visiting. It was a perfect guest house! I never tried starting up the boat. I don’t think it runs???? I’m not a mechanic and had no plans to go use it except for a second place to stay.
The slip is transferable with harbor master approval. Allows 3 overnight stays a week. Monthly cost for the slip is $272 includes power, water, there’s shore power hook ups and water hook ups. Marina has bathrooms with showers. Dog friendly, nice walking paths, picnicking, yacht club restaurant with a patio for drinks and dining.
Only selling because I’m moving to Portland OR. Asking $4,500 OBO. Willing to negotiate price in person.
