Boulder Bicycle frames were designed by Mike Kone, inspired by classic Rene Herse geometries, and built by Waterford Precision Cycles in Wisconsin. Waterford’s expertise in custom steel construction gave Boulder frames their unique blend of reliability and performance. Boulder was an early proponent of French randonneur designs, helping spark the U.S. revival of this style of bicycle.
