Handsome vintage mountain bike in like-new conditions, converted into an urban cruiser and completely overhauled by a professional mechanical engineer.
Best for 5’5″-5’11” riders.
I restored this bike with several new and upgraded components, turning it into a comfortable urban cruiser – light, indestructible, and with plenty of torque and speed. Shimano 21-speed drivetrain, 26" mountain wheels with city street Ritchey tires.
This bike’s frame looks black, but under direct light, it reveals dark green metallic, similar to the famous British racing green, simply awesome. The Specialized logo on the top frame was deteriorating, and I replaced it with a modern-day reflective logo.

This is not an ordinary used bike with hidden problems that is not even safe to ride before a $300+ parts visit to a bike shop. Bike shops charge $350-500 for a complete overhaul, labor alone. Vintage bike restoration is my hobby. I completely disassembled this bike and personally overhauled every component. Every detail of this bike was thoroughly cleaned, inspected, restored or replaced, lubricated, and tuned up; all bearings were greased; and all shifters, derailleurs, and brakes are dialed to perfection.
This bike is ready for another 10 years of problem-free rides.
You are welcome to see it any time.
