Custom-built urban cruiser/commuter with a 1x7 modern drivetrain.
In its previous life, this bike was a 1991 Specialized Hardrock Cruz 18".
I completely rebuilt and repainted this classic do-it-all mountain bike into a competent, indestructible, cool urban cruiser.
It is a colorful and fun-to-drive universal bike with a super comfortable, upright riding position and just enough gears to get around town in style.
Best for 5’5″-5’11” riders.
Super clean.
Ready to ride on or off roads.
Indestructible and light 18″ ChroMoly steel frame and fork, all new modern components (most in red anodized aluminum) including 1-by-7 Shimano drivetrain, 7-speed Shimano MegaRange freewheel with large 34T cog for easy climbing, Maxxis Pace 26×1.95″ gravel tires. I rebuilt both wheels with new stainless spokes.

This is not an average used bike that is not even safe to ride before a $300+ parts visit to a bike shop.
Vintage bike restoration is my hobby. I completely disassembled this bike, de-rusted and repainted the frame, rebuilt both wheels and installed all new components. Every detail of this bike was thoroughly cleaned, inspected, restored/replaced, lubricated, and tuned up; all bearings were greased; all shifters/derailleurs/brakes were dialed to perfection.
This bike is ready for another 10 years of problem-free rides.
