This Trek FX 2 is a fairly recent model lightweight commuter / hybrid bike with Trek's Alpha Gold aluminum frame, Shimano 2x9 drivetrain, and wide 700x32c wide tires. It is a great option for commuting as well as a weekend recreational ride on roads or paths. The bike doesn’t look so great, with some severe color fade and some scrapes and scuffs here and there, but these blemishes are cosmetic only. The bike works just fine and the shifting and braking are fully functional. If you don’t mind a bit of wear in the finish, this bike can still serve as a good recreational rider or basic commuter. The poor finish helps make the bike less of a target for theft.
With a 54cm effective top tube and a 38.5cm seat tube (c-t), the official size is Small/13" and the manufacturer recommends this size bike for riders in the 5'0" to 5'5" range.

Although cosmetically-challenged, this Trek is in Good used condition overall. There is quite a bit of color fade of the paint and various scuffs and scratches here and there, but these do not affect the function of the bike. The left shifter is mising the plastic cover, but the shifter works and the gear indicator also works. The big chainring is missing the chainguard. Mechanically, the bike is fully tuned and ready to ride.
