This Schwinn Sierra is a vintage mountain bike that has been turned into more of a klunker-style urban cruiser. The chromoly frame and fork have been cleaned and polished and the chrome highlights still shine. It is now more of a retro cruiser with an upright stem and more intermediate, faster rolling tires. This would be a great choice for easy rides around the neighborhood or down to the cafe or local farmer's market. The finish is very unique and retro-looking and the under the chainstay rear U-brake is a unique feature. The bike has new cables and housing all around. This bike still sports the original Schwinn Sierra head badge.
There is one of these listed on an online auction site right now for $600!
