Thanks to a posting on the BikeForums website, we have identified this bike as a 1989 Centurion Carbon R vintage lugged carbon road bike. Although stickerless, the carbon finish and the shiny lugs still look great. The fork is alloy and the bike features a mixed Shimano/Microshift 2x9 drivetrain. The wheels are a big upgrade with Mavic Aksium Race shod with brand new Schwalbe Lugano 2 tires. The bike has all new cables and housing and has been fully tuned and is ready to ride. The bar wrap is also brand new. This would make a decent commuter or recreational rider.
With a 56cm effective top tube and 56.5cm seat tube (c-c), this bike should fit most riders in the 5'10' to 6'2" range. The standover measurement is 33".
