About 16 pounds in current configuration. All stock except for the 50-34 crankset and 11-34 cassette. Climbing beast. Frame is in good condition, some scuffs here and there, but this is a 10 year old bike that has been ridden. Stiff and responsive. Keep it as is and have a great bike - or go all weigh-weenie on it and see how low you can go.
A new bike that weighs as little as this is easily 5 times as much. If you know Cannondales, you know the Black Inc. line was a limited edition, ultralight version of their vaunted CAAD12.
