Classic 1988 Specialized Stumpjumper Mt. Bike - $500 (burlingame)

as it was never used for off-road activities, although it could certainly be set up for such. And it has always been maintained
in excellent riding condition (as components required replacement through the years, top-of-the-line Shimano Deore XT parts were used). Current wheels are the lightweight, high end 26" Mavic XC 717 for rim brakes. The cassette is the 7-speed, 13-30 tooth cassette with Deore XT thumb shifters and 28, 38 and 48 tooth chainrings (triple). Accessories included are a Cateye Mity cyclometer, Zefal frame pump and water bottle cage. About all it currently could use is a good dusting/cleaning as it has been in storage for some time now. But altogether, a sweet and strong ride of a quality built classic (especially suited for the tall or long-legged rider as this was the tallest frame available at the time).
