It's by the company Monte and they don't make this exact one anymore. The best part is, when your baby gets big enough to sit up and start to explore, you can take the bassinet bed and lay it on the floor. This allows them to explore and eventually learn to crawl out of it without getting hurt. My kids also liked to crawl back into it. It took them forever to do it so provided for lots of downtime for me.
The bassinet is in excellent condition and is washable! $75 OBO, paid over $300.
