A child sitting on the dog can also be pulled and wheeled along by an adult. A child may use it as a rocker when the wheels are folded underneath using the spring mechanism.
Everything is in excellent condition. The condition of the "fur" can be seen in the images. There are no stains or bare spots. The handles in the neck are made of wood and sturdy.
