It is hard to convey in pictures how beautiful the colors are and how they shimmer and change as you look at the vase from different angles.
The rim and the base are made of hand-embossed brass.
Created in France in the 1990s, purchased in 1998 at the medieval town of Baux de Provence in France.
This comes with a certificate of authenticity.
It is 12.5" tall and 9" in diameters.

It comes with a lacquered dark/red wood pedestal (see first picture).
The certificate of authenticity is written in French. I used Google Translate to generate the image of an English version (last picture) but it's not the actual certificate.
