In excellent condition. The unit and the filter are clean. As you can see in one of the pictures, the unit produces a very cold 50-degree output when the ambient temperature is 79 degrees. Comes with a 5" exhaust duct. If you want to have the duct interface with a window attachment (to suit your specific needs), you can buy that on Amazon for cheap.
