All functions operational except one of the two ovens (the one on the right), requires a new thermostat and should be good to go.

Intended for commercial use. Obviously needs a deep clean before getting back into action.

Had always been used for residential setting, our homeowners insurance wasn’t into it so our loss is your gain. Has been stored under a cover since we removed it from our kitchen.
