Will deliver for $30 within about 5 miles of Los Altos town center (or further for a fee) if paid in advance via Venmo or cash at our location. I strongly encourage you in either case to examine it here, working, first and be satisfied.
We converted our house to a central unit, don't need this one. The A/C function of this unit rated for 10k BTUs/hour -- eg, a 300 sq foot room.
