Hello, I am an attorney who owns an end-unit townhouse in Pacifica (San Pedro Valley aka "Sun Valley") and would like to travel for a while so I'm renting the home out (fully furnished). The home is located near Terra Nova High School.

One HOA parking pass included for parking in HOA reserved spaces (no garage). Easy street parking also available. Surfboards and wetsuits available for use. Teeter inversion table (for back stretching) available for use. Dyson home air purifier/fan. Pants press available for use. Piano downstairs. All basic appliances available including sparkling water maker, Ninja 3-in-1 Pressure Cooker/Steamer/Air Fryer, Keurig, Nutri Bullet, etc. Xfinity High Speed Internet Wi-Fi (up to 500 Mbps), Roku Smart TV (Prime Video/Music, DirecTV, etc.), printer, computer monitor available.
