Our well loved home is part of a tri-plex in the heart of Burlingame, walking distance to shops and restaurants on Broadway, near Caltrain and BART, a wonderful and safe walking neighborhood, a great mid-peninsula location that offers easy access to travel north to San Francisco or south towards Redwood City, Palo Alto, Mountain View. Burlingame is known for it's vibrant downtown, great public schools, lovely parks, access to the bay trail and an overall great quality of living.
The home is 1400 square feet, 3 bedrooms ( 17' x 11', 10' x 11', 14' x 12'), 2 bathrooms - both with showers and bathtubs, kitchen with electric stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, large pantry and eat in nook. The spacious living room (16.5' x 13') has a wood burning fireplace, large dining room (13' x 13'), new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the home, good closet space and large linen closet.
There is a shared laundry room and back patio, one parking spot in the covered carport, closed storage area in the carport, separate driveway for the house only which can be used for parking and/or creating an outdoor area depending on your preferences.
Water and garbage are paid by us and tenants will be responsible for gas, electricity and wifi. We handle the work on the front and back patios/yards and are very responsive to any other maintenance issues that may come up. We have both lived on property through the years and the whole place is very dear to us. We now live back in the area and are nearby. There are two apartments in the back, upstairs with very nice, quiet and respectful neighbors. We are looking for people who will be happy to land somewhere well taken care of, where everyone is kind and thoughtful of one another.
We are also pet friendly as long as you are a responsible pet owner - we can talk animals on a case by case basis - no breed restrictions. We love animals - two cats and two dogs are part of our family right now.
The home will be available end of August. We will have it ready to show by next weekend August 23rd and 24th. We will have applications on site and will be eager to meet any interested parties.
