This bed was in my spare bedroom and it did not get much use, It actually had an electric Jade Rock pad on it for my Mother's Arthritis treatment hence no mattress included. We have a very clean non-smoker and no pet home. It is in good structural condition. It is not real wood but has the veneer wood look. It will fit a standard twin size mattress 75 inches long by 38 inches wide. I am selling the house so this bed is up for grabs for free. TEXT show contact info if you are ready to come and get it. It is in my garage ready for an easy pick up.
