My Mother purchased this in 2013 new. It has been in her guest bedroom ever since. The fake leather was very nice for the first few years but it is now scuffed and some areas the material is peeling off. The piece is in very good structural condition with no broken parts and it is comfortable to sit on and provides a lot of storage. It is clean since my Mom's house is non-smoking and no pet.
