Leather sofa: decent condition, no holes or rips, very comfortable

Massage chair: fully functional, great hip flexor stretch, with calf massage. The faux leather has almost entirely worn off the seat section, but the backing is solid and soft.

Lounge chair: power recline, vibration, incredibly comfortable. Material has a torn section (visible in photo).

Recumbent Nautilus exercise bike: seems fully functional, but we never use all the features, so I can’t be 100% certain.

Air Conditioner: works great. Fits in window.

Chairs: set of four plus two in similar color. Some stains that might come out, but comfortable and lots of life left.
