The good: it’s a professional grade Star Trac treadmill. I got it from a gym that was shutting down. The tread is long and wide. It can incline and has a powerful (2.5 hp) motor. A reconditioned one will cost you $3,500.
The bad: the belt is slipping and I don’t have the motivation to get the adjustment right.. (Since my marathon running days are over, I’m replacing it with a small unit that stands up for storage. ) Also heart rate monitor handles don’t work.
The ugly: It’s dusty, part of the control panel cover was lost, and our dog walked through paint and left paw prints on the belt. None of that impacts performance.
It’s big and heavy. I can help you load it up, but I cannot deliver.
