I sold my vacation rental and took the hot tub. It needs a new $250 pump, but good otherwise. Easy install, I’ll do that for $500 or take as is. This is an unusual design. There is one center jet that the pumpkin can be solely directed to. They call it at the volcano and I’ve never seen a hot tub that has one like it. It’s the only jet you need! Which is a good thing because the other ones don’t work. What you realize when you have a hot tub is you don’t use the Jets nearly as much as enjoying the silence of a hot soak with the jet off. 39 inches , deeper than most tubs made . The lid is $300 extra only 1.5 years young. Top of the line $700 lid with quality fabric not the vinyl that cracks which most have. Paid for that because I wanted it to look good for marketing the house. Delivery available.
