A little scuffed up from moving it single handedly. Not easy. I got it free and it was rather new. I used it for 5 years with an antimicrobial buckwheat topper so no dust mites. Some unknown stain doesn't smell.
Sealy back saver firm enough for back sleeping yet not too firm. 2 piece boxspring and metal frame with risers also available but only if you're taking the mattress.
