This is in good shape. The slipcover needs to be cleaned or replaced. Replacement costs almost as much as a new sofa. Cushions are ok. Still decent if you take the time to soak the slipcovers in Oxyclean. It must be air dried.

83” L x38” D x29” H but back cushion goes to 35”
