Seeking donations of all kinds π material and monetary (see entire post for details and reach out with any questions). Thank you in advance for your consideration and time.
Livestock and horse supplies needed for a worthy cause!
Have any livestock water buckets, tubs, livestock panels, shelters, feeders, macrobins, equipment, drags, mats, asphalt grindings, base rock etc., hay, grain, general supplies, etc. accepting all donations. Water storage containers, tack, fly and pest management, never hurts to offer as we probably need it lol
tarps, sunshades, metal piping, wheels, tires for carts etc., wheelbarrows!, lightly used towels, fencing material, t-posts, outdoor lighting, pitch forks, shovels,
We are looking for water troughs, tubs, water storage tanks, water buckets, livestock feeders, water tanka, hoses, sprinklers, auto waterers, etc. for our horses use. Unbroken of course also appreciated :)
But broken or cracked is also okay. We can make it horse safe and then use to keep the horses from eating their hay off of the ground, dirt, sand that can cause colic aka impaction and can be fatal.
Thank you in advance!
P.S. We can also use: pipe panels, building materials, lights, roofing (tin sheeting etc.), fencing materials, hoses, towels, fly and wasp traps, sunshades, carports, canopies, storage tubs and boxes, cleaning supplies, brooms, sprinklers, poly tubing, wheelbarrows, atv/utv, tractor, flatbed trailer, horse trailer, carts (and likely other things I am not thinking of right now)
AND ofc we always welcome helpers/volunteers as thereβs never too much elbow grease we can have to serve these amazing horses = volunteers to shovel manure, clean and fill waters, feed horses and for the right candidates groom and handle appropriately safe horses as well.
(Deductions on your annual taxes available for interested parties for these donations! Tax receipts for your tax write-offs available as our 501c3 nonprofit where we provide equine assisted programs for low income underserved youth populations ages 4-17 years old in Sonoma County β program participants and their families would otherwise not have access to horses, horseback riding, and the trauma-informed, nature-based mental health support it provides is a rarity in this world and this day and age.)
Of course, financial $ cash donations to fund the kids participation in our 5 class program ($500/participant) are also eligible for tax deductions as well.
Why pay it all to the IRS/Government when you can make a donation to such a deserving cause (501c3 nonprofit) in your own community and give some of your taxes due to a charity in your own back yard!
As facilitators of Penny For A Change - we gett to experience and have the perspective to see how these classes impact each individual child over the course of the program. Many of them have such a visible change to their person, confidence, behavior and interaction with their outside world that we know that we have likely made a lasting impact on their lives. Give the gift of providing the opportunity to change the trajectory of the lives of disadvantaged youth in our community today π
Thank you for your considered donations, contributions and your charity.
