Yard Maintenance Needed (rohnert pk / cotati)

We’ve maintained our own yard for the last year, but I’m looking for someone dependable to help weekly or biweekly with cleanup and general maintenance.
This is NOT a typical mow-and-go landscaping job. I care a lot about my plants/garden and prefer thoughtful maintenance over aggressive trimming.
What I’m mainly looking for:
• Mowing
• Blowing and detailed cleanup
• Raking leaves from beds and behind shrubs
• Green waste cleanup / filling bins
• Occasional hedge trimming
• Occasional plant trimming ONLY after discussion/agreement
I really only need about 1.5 hours a week of cleanup time. I have had multiple gardeners over the years and know what can be accomplished in that time period. I also own a home service company and have apprentices all the way up to journeymen employees. I am aware of proper industry rates.
I do a lot of the plant shaping and pruning myself because timing matters for flowering plants, magnolias, lavender, etc. I’m looking for someone who either understands plant care or is comfortable following direction and leaving specialty pruning alone unless asked.
We do NOT use Roundup or harsh weed killers. We hand weed and use vinegar-based spray in certain areas.
We already have:
• Lawn mower
• Hedge trimmers
• Blower
(You’re welcome to use your own equipment if preferred.)
Would love to find someone reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent who actually enjoys maintaining a beautiful yard. Fast and efficient is good — carelessness is not.
