Our four bedroom, two bathroom (~2200 sq ft) cabin in Truckee, CA is available for a ski lease this winter. Located in the Prosser Lakeview Estates neighborhood, our cabin provides easy access to Northstar (15 minutes), Palisades (20 minutes), and downtown Truckee (8 minutes).
The cabin has been completely remodeled and furnished, including a new central heating system.
The open-floor plan has large windows with views of Northstar, includes a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, dining area, with a deck that wraps around it. The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances and a quartz waterfall peninsula with countertop seating. The living area has a couch that can seat the whole house comfortably, with a gas stove, 55 inch TV, and a view of Northstar through pine trees.
The four beds and two baths are split across the two floors. Each floor has one bedroom with a king bed, another bedroom with a queen bed, with a bathroom in between. Each bedroom features a brand new mattress (from either Tuft and Needle, Leesa, or Purple) and a desk with an office chair. The top floor features a walk in shower and the bottom floor has a combination bath/shower. Washer and dryer are located on the upper level.
A well-mannered dog may be considered with a pet deposit.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- The driveway is steep.Trucks and SUV will not have an issue
- There is no garage for parking vehicles
- There are about forty steps from the driveway to the front door on the upper deck
- Deck will need to be shoveled with significant snowfall (20 minutes of work)
A security deposit equal to one month of rent ($6,500) will be required to secure the rental and the remaining amount will be due in full prior to moving in.
