Rates:

Reservation/Booking fee $4,400 will transfer towards the security deposit at time of arrival. Refundable as long as property is in the same condition upon leaving.
$310 non refundable cleaning fee.
Tenant agrees to pay PG&E over $200
Full balance due prior to arrival and paid by a cashiers check made payable to Oakmont Rentals.
Cancellation within 90 days of arrival will not be refunded.
Dogs ok with an additional deposit, which is refundable.
